The apartment faces a lush garden with flowers, kitchen herbs, and a fruit and veggie garden during the growing season. The back deck is part of the apartment, and the veggie garden is shared.

Monthly rent of $2,800 - no additional expenses; it includes all utilities, fiber optic (high speed) wi-fi internet, utilities, TV with Hulu, Netflix, Apple, Disney, BritBox and Acorn.

Located in a quiet and convenient SE Seattle neighborhood. we are 1.5 blocks from a Lake Washington swimming beach and a 5-mile lakeside walking/jogging path. Pets are welcome, but due to severe allergies, we need renters who haven't used dryer sheets or scented laundry products like Tide. We will provide all of the cleaning and laundry supplies you'll need during your stay.

The apartment is completely separate from the upstairs home. It has its own professionally-landscaped entrance, designed to create a relaxing transition from work to home.
